Kirtan with Julie and Alex:

Alex and Julie invite you to immerse yourselves in the joy of sacred music, mantra, and connection. Experience the transformative power of the voice in Kirtan to nurture inner peace and elevate the soul.

Kirtan is an ancient yogic practice rooted in the traditions of India, where participants chant or sing mantras in a call-and-response style. Accompanied by simple melodies and rhythms, Kirtan fosters a sense of unity and opens the heart to deep emotional release and spiritual connection. It is a joyful, meditative experience that transcends language and brings people together, opening the heart and helping to quieten the mind.

Atelier 8:

A community collective to inspire, create and connect through creativity and wellness!

Accessibility

Our mission is to make Light Garden Festival as welcoming and accessible to as many guests as possible. We offer accessible facilities and parking for those who strongly need it – prioritising guests with longer term disabilities.

Light Garden Festival is hosted on a large green field/farm site, with some tarmac and hardstanding areas. Whilst there are tents and designated sheltered areas (for food, classes and performances), it is mainly an open-air event. The ground conditions are therefore dependent on the weather (if we experience extreme weather the ground may become muddy), and mobility across the site may become compromised.

Due to limitations of moving larger vehicles around the site, we do not offer any internal transport.

We will be offering the following access for disabled customers:

  • Dedicated accessible toilet, shower and water facilities within the campsite.
  • Dedicated accessible toilet facilities within the event arena.
  • Disabled parking (you will need to have your blue badge on display).
  • Stewards and medical teams to assist you with any issues that may arise over the weekend.
